Worship Experience

The Holy Spirit calls us together as the people of God.

We are a "liturgical church."  What does that mean? Liturgy represents a communal response to and participation in the sacred through activities reflecting praise, thanksgiving, remembrance, supplication, or repentance. It forms a basis for establishing a relationship with God.

The Pastor greets us with "The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all."  And we respond, "And also with you."

We sing.  We pray.  We listen to the Good News of Christ risen and that we are saved by His grace.  And we are welcome to His table as the Pastor reminds us:

"Come to the banquet, for all is now ready at this the table, not of the Church, but of Jesus Christ.  It is made ready for those who love Him, and for those who want to love Him more.  So, come, you who have much faith, and you who have little; you who have been here often, and you who have not been for a long time or ever before; you who have tried to follow, and you who have failed.  Come, not because the church invites you.  IT IS CHRIST, AND HE INVITES YOU TO MEET HIM HERE.
